Prolio is a public directory of professionals in regulated sectors and local services in Spain. Data is sourced from public records or supplied by professionals who claim their listing. Prolio is not a party to the professional-client relationship.

3. Intellectual property

Original site content (design, editorial, code, logos, trademarks) belongs to the provider or is licensed. Systematic/bulk automated data extraction (scraping) is forbidden without express agreement.

4. Liability

The provider is not liable for the accuracy of data sourced from public records and not verified by the professional, nor for the professionals' or users' conduct.

5. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites; the provider does not control their content or policies.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. Consumer-protection mandatory fora apply where relevant; otherwise the courts of the provider's domicile.
